i believe u read my cousin's post.. yupp, i finally went for sunday class after 4 months of study break.. mm.. i was shocked that that lesson we went was actually the last lesson for the module on: understanding the mind.. what a profound module..
That lesson teaches on anger and patience.. in life, we meet different people and different people will have different character that will lead us to conflict with each other.. this will lead to anger.. anger will cause our day to be moody and even worst, accumulate the bad merits..
and patience turn out to be the best solution for anger.. i totally agreed.. i think there is no point being angry with a person who makes u angry cos its not worth.. looking around u, i believe there will be more people who will make ur life happy rather than angry.. why not spend more effort to care for those who brighten up our life.. i believe its more worth..
life is short and we can choose our own life whether to be happy or sad the whole day.. since we can make a choice, why not choose happy? i noe some people will think that things are not as simple as i think and people will think that its not easy to be happy.. mm.. i noe i can't convince everyone.. mm.. maybe can try think more on a positive side.. it might cheer us up..
life is full of obstacles.. can imagine if we live our life with a sad face everyday? it will be difficult..
