tml prelim and i'm here slacking.. die.. ytd went to bishun library with carol and peiwen.. we borrowed tons of books.. carol almost wanted to borrow ALL the library books.. lol.. she so cute.. hmm.. i came across this book call: a gift of inner peace.. actually is the cover that attracted my attention and i flip open the book.. it talks about karma.. wow.. let me share some part on kindness.. the book says :
Kindness is an art. It is possible for you to be creative in the ways you express kindness to others if you really think about it. If you use your imagination, being kind to others can be fun as well as personally rewarding. An act of kindness can take only a few seconds, like holding a door open for an overloaded shopper. But experiencing a kind act like this can make someone happy all day...

there is also one paragraph on "accepting yourself as you are".. the book say:
